‘Mandla and Lexi’ returns for a second season
Could marriage and kids be on the cards for our Big Brother couple?

The winner of Big Brother Mzansi Season 1, Mandla Hlatshwayo, returns to our screens alongside his girlfriend, Lexi van Niekerk, for a second season of their hit reality show Mandla and Lexi.
The couple, popularly referred to as “MandLexi”, met in the Big Brother House in 2014 and are still going strong after two years, so fans are wondering whether marriage and children are now on the cards? But everyone’s remained tight-lipped about where the relationship will go in this season.
When asked what she feels will stand out about the second season, Lexi shared that this instalment would show growth, both in their relationship and as individuals.
“The audience has fallen in love with our journey, but season 2 may have some surprises in store for viewers as there’s also a strong focus on the two of us as individuals this time around.”
Lexi, who was recently voted as being among the 12 sexiest celebrities in Mzansi, believes that she has grown in the industry. According to her, she has also evolved into a businesswoman, exploring her passions, while sustaining strong family bonds. Viewers will also catch interesting glimpses of some of Lexi’s family members throughout the show.
This not-to-be-missed second season of Mandla and Lexi airs on Wednesday, 13th July, at 8pm.
