No government handouts for Nandi Mngoma’s fashion label

After launching her coveted fashion line this week, Nandi Mngoma took to social media to pat herself on the back for investing in her clothing label.

The star, who recently got married to Zakes Bantwini, says she put up the capital to fund her label on her own.

She proudly shared this on her Instagram account, together with an image from her fashion label that launched at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

“What a way to celebrate women’s month, Proud that I invested in @colourfashionlabel with my own savings, without any government funding or any business loan. Just all my savings from work, this has proven to me that as a woman we are capable of doing it for ourselves and that if we believe in our dreams we can achieve anything,” she wrote.

Kudos to Nandi for accomplishing such a feat!
