Somizi doesn’t queue at Starbucks
The manager personally came to take down the order from the superstar.

Metro FM radio host and SA Idol judge Somizi Mhlongo had his first Starbucks experience today, October 26, 2016, at one of the branches in Rosebank. The ‘Living the Dream with Somizi’ reality star admitted to only having tried Starbucks on his international trips but not the local one.
His eager self walked in to the coffeehouse after having being stopped for photos by his white fan base, proving his crossover status.

Mhlongo then walked in to take a seat inside Starnucks to converse with a friend who was accompanying him. When told about the procedure of placing an order, the SA Idol was then happy to follow suit but was met by the manager of the coffeehouse, who personally came to take down the order from the superstar and then recommended a new flavour.
To date, no one other than Somizi Mhlongo has ever had their order placed from the comfort of their seat, proving that Mhlongo truly is living his dream.
