WATCH: A group of white boys singing Sister Bettina

By Citizen Reporter

Mgarimbe’s Sister Bettina is as big as Mandoza’s Nkalakatha. It is known by people of all ages and races.

The song was released in 2013, but still gets the party started. Some people have gone as far as calling it the ‘people’s song’ and the country’s second national anthem.

After the #SisterBathinaChallange, which trended on social media for weeks, South Africans agreed that it is physically impossible to not dance to the sing – you just gotta bust a move.

This video shows a group of friends hysterically singing ‘Sister Bethina’ while dancing.
