The Mzumbe Masters League continued at Ratanda Extension 23 on March 29, with standout performances from Big Nuz and Sky City FC, keeping fans on their feet and the league standings competitive.

The Mzumbe Masters League continued its exciting second round of fixtures on March 29, with football fans treated to a day of competitive matches at Ratanda Ext 23.

League Coordinator Elvis Mahlangu praised the high level of competition and community involvement.

“The second round of the Mzumbe Masters League showed just how committed our players are. It’s fantastic to see local football brings the community together, and the level of skill and passion on display today was outstanding. We look forward to more exciting matches as the league progresses,” he said.

Mahlangu added that the aim is to provide a platform for football fanatics.

“The league continues to provide a competitive platform for local football enthusiasts, fostering community engagement and showcasing seasoned players’ skills. The day’s results saw some decisive victories as teams fought for early league points:

Lizos FC 0 – 4 Big Nuz

Inhliziyo FC 1 – 0 Jusca FC

Sky City FC 3 – 0 Army Gym FC
