Flower-filled funeral van involved in Ermelo accident
The driver and passenger of the minibus were on their way to set up for a funeral on the Hendrina road, when the accident occurred.
ERMELO – Two people were injured in an accident between a minibus and a truck at the intersection of Pet and Kerk Street on August 3.
This is the third accident at this intersection in just more than a month.
Many bystanders have expressed their concern for the safety of motorists and pedestrians, as too many drivers tend to ignore the road signs.

Various emergency services were dispatched to the scene.
Traffic officials had to divert traffic, while the employees of the funeral parlour gathered the flowers that were scattered all over the road.
The team from Star of Life quickly jumped in to begin with the clean-up.
