New details emerge about deceased man found in Ermelo

An ambulance was reportedly called before the man's body was discovered by a security officer.

Additional information provided to Highvelder by ACSU Security Services indicates that the unidentified man found deceased near Oak Centre in Ermelo this morning had appeared unwell before his death.

According to ACSU, the man was observed stumbling and falling repeatedly while walking in the area, prompting an ambulance to be called.

However, he allegedly declined medical assistance and reportedly refused transport.

ACSU stated that one of its security officers later found the man deceased between approximately 07:00 and 08:00 this morning.

The man’s identity has not yet been confirmed, and police continue efforts to trace his family.

The cause of death had not been confirmed at the time of publication.
