Week 17 of the SAB Soccer League full of action at stadiums around Gert Sibande

Week 17 of the SAB Soccer League took place at various soccer stadiums around Gert Sibande District this past weekend with only 10 teams participating in this round.

However, it was VOC United FC who showed grit and won their match against Aramburg FC.

The 2 – 1 victory was filled with late tackles and the referee brandished yellow cards to offenders around the pitch.

All the other home teams drew their matches with City Gunners FC taking part in a six goal thriller against Lothair’s Flying Stars FC.

The match ended in a 3 – 3 draw.
