EDPC members compete in classifier match at Vlakfontein Shooting Range
The fastest time for the day was achieved by Victor Borges in 27.46 seconds.
Ermelo Defensive Pistol Club (EDPC) hosted their first shooting competition at the Vlakfontein Shooting Range on 18 January.
It came in the form of a 5×5 classifier with a total of 15 competitors.
According to Christo Botha, EDPC member, the classifier takes place twice a year whereby, a classification is determined for every specific division presented by EDPC.Competitors fired 25 rounds which were divided into 4 different strings.
“This determined the final time and any additional penalties that may have incurred.”
The fastest time for the day was achieved by Victor Borges in 27.46 seconds.
Christo Botha was awarded second place with a time of 29.18 seconds.
While John Whatley took a third place with 29.71 seconds.
