Shalom Marathon Club runners compete in Secunda

Members of the Shalom Marathon Club recently took part in the Kijima Kosmos 3-in-1 at Lake Umuzi in Secunda.

Various members ran in the 42km, 21km or 10km, while some athletes competed in all three.

The Shalom runners posted the following times in the 73.3km:

  • Thamsanqa Mrubata – 06:24;39
  • Thembinkosi Nzuza – 07:03;43
  • Molifi Hlangwane – 07:46;46
  • Makhosonke Dhladhla – 8:06;26
  • Shadrack Nhlapho – 08:16;16
  • Sydney Khumalo – 08:30;44
  • Musawenkosi Sibiya – 10:04;21
  • Vusi Mavuso – 10:05;02
  • Elijah Ndou – 10:26;13.

Wendy Msezane secured herself the second position in the 21km with the time of 01:38;23.
