ONE of the three men who tried to hijack a car in Oppenheimer Road, Pinetown has been arrested. According to police, the three men tried to hijack an Audi. Police in plain uniform saw the incident unfold, and immediately approached the suspects.
The three men fled and, but of them was caught. The alleged hijackers used a river, under a bridge on Escom Road to escape. Police and the Shongweni K9 Unit are still searching for the two men who escaped.
