Highbury raises funds on the greens

The school thanked all the people who made their golf day a success.

HIGHBURY Preparatory School hosted its annual school fund-raising Golf Day on Friday, 3 March at the Kloof Country Club.

The enjoyable event was organised by Dale Cooke and the Parents’ Association.

The day, despite the intense heat, was a great success and raised significant funds for the school.

The school thanked all the players, generous sponsors and helpers.

“A special thank you to our sponsors for making this day a possibility,” said Dale Cooke.

“I would like to thank our sponsors, Quattro Group, RCL FoodsElcon Crane Hire, AspireMoney, Spill Tech and Extra Air for their generous contribution,” he said.

He also congratulated the winning four-ball on the day; Sizwe Makhaye, Comfort Zama, Arthur Potts and Wayne Barr.
