Pavilion restrooms to be transformed

General manager of The Pavilion Shopping Centre, Nisha Kemraj said there would be children-themed family rooms and carefully conceived facilities for the disabled.

THE Pavilion Shopping Centre, owned by Pareto Limited, has announced the first phase of its exciting development and expansion trajectory for this year.

Over the next few months, the refurbishment of the Pavilion’s restrooms will be done and shoppers can expect them to be transformed into modern, luxurious facilities.

“The restroom upgrade will continue to entrench the mall as an all-day destination making sure consumers have their needs easily met at all times,” said general manager of The Pavilion Shopping Centre, Nisha Kemraj.

She said there would be children-themed family rooms and carefully conceived facilities for the disabled.

“We are also excited to reveal that our current development has been planned along smart, sustainable and environmentally responsible building principles.”

The new restrooms have captured the current leading international trends in bathroom design with wider cubicles, modern high-end finishes; and the latest technology has been employed to improve the restroom experience.

“These include urinals with an intelligent flush programming, rechargeable taps with concealed sensors and LED lighting.”

The project will run from February to November 2018. The works programme provides adequate alternative restrooms with minimal disruption to the shopping experience.

This development, alongside others within the Pareto portfolio, demonstrates the group’s commitment to creating superior customer experiences through its portfolio of assets.
