Ethekwini Durban Business Fair promises a variety of local flavour and flair

To promote a culture of buying locally produced goods, eThekwini Municipality will be hosting the Durban Business Fair (DBF) 2021 at the Durban Exhibition Centre from December 10 to 12.

The DBF will include a street market where homegrown products will be showcased. The City invites small, medium, and micro enterprises (SMMEs) in fashion, food, arts and craft, skincare, organic products, homeware, and other fields to register as a vendor for the DBF Street Market before November 30.

The fair will feature business engagements which will be headlined by experienced businesspeople who will share advice on how to sustain and reposition businesses in this trying economic climate. Another exciting element of the fair is the digital marketing training masterclasses which will equip entrepreneurs on the new way of doing business to market their businesses online.

The DBF will also host an interfaith dialogue where religious leaders of different faiths will be represented. Meanwhile, the flavours of Durban will expose the talent of local chefs.

The DBF is a precursor to the much-anticipated Durban Fashion Fair set to take place at the Durban Exhibition Centre from December 15 to 17. Tickets for the fashion show are already available on Webticket.

The DBF is free for the public to attend.  All Covid-19 safety protocols will be in place.
