Share the one most exciting and challenging part of your occupation: The most exciting part is seeing the impact our business has on our clients and knowing that every challenge overcome contributes to our growth. The biggest challenge is operating in a highly competitive, traditionally male-dominated industry where resilience and adaptability are essential.
Best advice for other young people interested in your field: Never underestimate the value of hard work, continuous learning, and honesty. Believe in your abilities, embrace challenges, and don’t let fear of failure stop you from pursuing your goals.
How important is support from others?
Support is invaluable. My family, dedicated team, mentors, and loyal clients have all played an important role in my journey. Success is rarely achieved alone.
What is next on the cards for you? My goal is to continue expanding SS Fuels, creating employment opportunities, and encouraging more women to pursue careers and leadership roles in the energy sector.
