Man appears in court for wife’s murder

The 37-year-old man handed himself over to the police last Friday.

A MAN arrested for the murder of his wife will appear again in court next week, Wednesday.

The 37-year-old man, who is a member of the South African National Defence Force, handed himself over to the police on Friday, January 5.

“It is alleged that the man shot and killed his wife after an argument last Wednesday at a house in Padfield Park, Pinetown. The woman was shot several times in the upper body. She died on scene,” said Pinetown SAPS communications officer Jennifer Naidu.
