Established in 2016 and registered as a non-profit organisation in 2023, the organisation heads community projects designed to uplift and support those in need.

Speaking on the birth of the organisation, Ngcobo said they realised that many households in the community struggle to make ends meet.

“It has been observed that primary school learners often have low concentration levels in the morning because they leave home without having breakfast. In response to this, we reached out to donors for contributions to provide both breakfast and lunch for these learners, ensuring they are better equipped to focus and thrive in school,” said Ngcobo.

Ngcobo said the organisation depends on donations to keep their mission going.

“We are committed to ensuring that no child is left behind due to a lack of resources. By providing school uniforms to underprivileged learners, we not only boost their confidence but also foster a sense of belonging and pride within their school communities. This initiative helps create an environment where children can focus on their education without feeling excluded or disadvantaged,” said Ngcobo.

Starting the new year, the organisation said they are looking to get their own building to keep their donations in a secure place prior to distribution.

“We have tremendous support from our donors who are always bringing in items, and the goal for 2025 is to have a place to store those items, to also have the capability to accept more so we can distribute more,” he said.

The organisation accepts donations. Ngcobo can be contacted on 078 571 6914.
