WATCH: Updates on Stapleton Road and bridge
The Ward councillor says due to delays, the completion of the road project is now expected at the end of July, whilst the bridge project is at 60% progress.
WARD 18 councillor Melanie Breuteseth has provided updates on Stapleton Road and its bridge, which are currently closed due to road works.
As of June 24, due to delays, the completion of the road project is now expected at the end of July.

The bridge project, according to the councillor, is at 60% progress, with an estimated 12 days before the road is opened.
The councillor assured motorists and residents that she will continue to provide regular updates.
Meanwhile, the bridge was closed earlier this month due to structural instability.
