I DO not believe for one minute the story espoused by Krish Kumar about how the new rates were calculated.
I created a spreadsheet for High Street in New Germany. It tells a very loud story.
The first three on the spreadsheet are obviously not going to complain. The last eight should complain bitterly.
My feeling is that it is all a thumb suck.
We pay the highest rates in the country and get absolutely no service from the municipality.
I also would like to see a copy of the notification to all surrounding residents about a particular property.
It is the registered office of a building company, yet it is classified as residential.
I had building operations stopped when that lot moved in because of no plans. Very suspicious situation there.
