Who advocates these name changes?

"Why are the existing terms are changed selectively?"

NEW words are added to the language, and existing terms are changed selectively.

Some examples: blind – sight impaired and deaf – hearing impaired; cripple – physically challenged; insanity – mental health disability; health – wellbeing; maid – domestic worker; prostitute – sex worker, raising the hooker from street level to something more respectable?

Consistent with these work-related terms, the pimp, who has not been renamed, is by default a labour broker.

And, without the client, also not renamed, there would be no work.

Who advocates these name changes, and why?
