I WOULD like to thank our local North Park Neighbourhood Watch for all they do for the residents of this area.
I have lived here for 54 years and it is good to know that we have such diligent and committed men and women looking after us.
This week, at 3am, I received a call from Warren telling me our gates were standing open.
We were ill and unable to go outside and he came onto the premises and checked that their were no intruders and then phoned me from the gates and waited until they were closed.
The next day I received a call from Tracy who checked that we were all right and offered to be of assistance in any way that was needed.
I feel that these men and women are going way beyond the call of duty to see that us elderly residents are safe and cared for.
I would like to thank them most sincerely for the way they are prepared to go the extra mile.
May God richly bless each member in their pursuit of crime prevention in our area.
