Talented singer releases her single

FORMER Hillcrest High School pupil Nthu Majozi has released her first single, titled “Kuyintokozo”.

This dynamic soul bird has finally found her voice and is ready to fly and take the music industry by storm with her strong and soulful voice.

Nthu who is a singer songwriter was born in KwaNyuswa and later moved to Forest Hills. She then moved to Pretoria during her high school years.

She attended Hillcrest Primary School where she was also a school prefect and a Victrix ludorum winner in athletics.

She is the youngest of the 10 siblings and growing up she said she has always particiated in school and church choirs. She fell in love with music and performing while watching her sisters singing and acting in school and church plays and performing at the playhouse theatre in Durban.

In the past years she has been a member of Arts Revelation a performing arts choir based in Pretoria.

Nthu is described as a young independent woman who is definitely an artist to watch out for.Her single was released on November 18 2014 and has generously been receiving airplay from stations such as Umhlobo Wenene Fm and Ikwekwezi Fm and a few community radio stations.

Kuyintokozo is an upbeat African Soul track that celebrates love and is about finding that special someone, special love that you have been waiting and longing for.

She has worked with talented pianist, musical director Mbuso Ndlovu and sound engineer Sphe”Eccentric King” Mgele.

Nthu Majozi will be releasing her album (EP) later on this year.
