Christopher Duigan launches new CD at Grand Soirée
This event features the launch of Christopher Duigan's new CD plus a performance by leading South African and Durban-born soprano, Bronwen Forbay, and the Lonestar Vocal Quartet from Texas, USA.

This unique double-bill features the launch of the long-awaited CD of original music from Christopher Duigan plus a performance by leading South African and Durban-born soprano, Bronwen Forbay, and the Lonestar Vocal Quartet from Texas, USA.
Spanish saxophone virtuoso, David Salleras, joins Christopher Duigan in selections from the new CD of original music from Duigan’s Indigo. In addition, they play selections from their vibrant world music repertoire from Spain and Argentina and film music. The CD will be available at R100 each.
Bronwen Forbay and friends sing Brahms’ Liebesliederwalzer, popular operetta by Franz Lehar from The Merry Widow and Johann Strauss’s Die Fledermaus. Bronwen Forbay is joined by Jamie Van Eyck (mezzo-soprano), Randall Umstead (tenor), Christian Bester (baritone) and pianist, Kaju Lee.
