Hope for MCLM’s customer disputes

The municipality is streamlining the resolution of customer disputes.

Customer disputes at Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM) will now be streamlined to be addressed accordingly.

This comes after numerous disputes were lodged at the municipality’s offices recently.

MCLM communications officer Refilwe Mahlangu said to streamline the resolution of customer disputes, their Credit Control Management has introduced a dispute form.

She added this is for customers experiencing issues including late or incorrect payment allocations, billing discrepancies (pending adjustments) and adjustment or transfer requests.

Final demand or administration fee disputes customers facing delays or difficulties with any of the above matters are encouraged to complete the dispute form,” she explained.

The form can be found on mogalecity.gov.za or by emailing customerservices@mogalecity.gov.za.

“Once submitted, your request will be logged and processed promptly,” she concluded.
