MCLM communications officer, Refilwe Mahlangu, reiterated that the municipality’s Energy Services division rolled out the Prepaid Electricity Smart Meter Project in July this year.

“The municipality invites residents of Ruimsig Country Estate to attend a community engagement session to ensure they understand the audit and installation process, as well as receive accurate information,” she said.

The session will take place at 17:30 on Monday, September 29, at Muldersdrift Primary School.

This session will provide clarity on the project’s rollout, how it will affect you, and what to expect during the meter replacement process,” she concluded.
