According to Yolanda Steyn, the initiative’s founder, So Love Krugersdorp is a community-driven initiative. Its core purpose is to rebuild and unite all sectors of the Krugersdorp community, including businesses, social organisations, authorities, and residents.

”We envision a Krugersdorp united in faith where all sectors work together to create a spiritually enriching and supportive community, emphasising the importance of shared values among community members,” Yolanda said.

Another one of its primary goals is to also create job opportunities that restore dignity among residents and partner with various ministries and churches to combat poverty that is very prevalent in the community.

”We coordinate initiatives and manage donations and sponsorships aiming to channel resources effectively.

This was our first business Network Breakfast and we plan to host such events every second Friday of the month to build more relationships,” Yolanda said.
