Curro Krugersdorp hosts eight schools at Curro’s regionals

Curro Krugersdorp managed to stand head and shoulders above its sister schools during two big days of winter sport.

Curro Krugersdorp recently hosted this year’s Curro Regionals sport tournament on their high school and primary school fields.

Although the sudden rain put a considerable damper on the first day’s events, Saturday morning’s cloudy weather didn’t scare the kids off.

The U/11, U/13, U/15 and U/18 teams competed across the many fields and courts in sevens rugby, netball, boys’ and girls’ hockey, and boys’ and girls’ soccer.

Curro Krugersdorp hosted the Aurora, Bloemfontein, Cooper College, Midrand, Northriding, Rivonia, Waterfall and Wilgeheuwel schools. Curro Krugersdorp walked away with the win for U/13 rugby, U/13 and U/18 girls’ hockey and U/13 girls’ soccer.
