In second position was the Impalas and third was the Sanparks Netball Team. Ayonda Ceko told the Herald that the tournament aimed to raise money for cancer.

Ceko says talking about cancer freely is still considered taboo in certain cultures, hence many people hide their symptoms. Before the start of matches, Impala team member Elsa Senyola gave a talk on the signs of cancer.

Warrant Officer Millicent Ramalepe addressed gender-based violence and Belinda Maake urged participants to follow their dreams and not allow their backgrounds to hold them back from achieving their goals.

Ceko told the Herald that she was pleased with how the day unfolded and thanked the sponsors who supported the day.
