This blackcurrant and blueberry electrolyte mousse is a creamy, high-protein smoothie with a vibrant berry flavour.

Blended until silky smooth and finished with fresh blueberries and cocoa nibs, it’s a simple but indulgent way to incorporate electrolytes into your daily routine!

Serves: 2-3

Ingredients

  • 2 1⁄2 cups smooth cottage cheese
  • 1 sachet Blackcurrant electrolytes
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Fresh blueberries, for serving
  • Cocoa nibs, for serving

Method

Add the cottage cheese, blackcurrant electrolytes, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract and cocoa powder to a high-speed blender and blend until completely smooth.

    Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to ensure a silky, smooth texture.

    Spoon or pour into individual serving glasses.

    Top with fresh blueberries and a light sprinkle of cocoa nibs.

    Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes to firm slightly before serving.
