It’s becoming more common for individuals to want to focus on developing a stronger core nowadays. A strong core helps to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles, thereby correcting your posture and minimising back pain from daily physical activity.  We are often picking up and putting down heavy items or bending our backs in various directions and without a strong core, this gradually leads to lower back pain.
