Jimmy Tau moves on from failed engagement ‘to SABC newsreader’
The eligible bachelor apparently has his sights set on an SABC newsreader after a public and failed engagement to a Pretoria businessman's daughter.

Tau is back on the playing field and is said to be pursuing SABC newsreader Thabile Ngwato, as he has been spotted buying her lunch in Auckland Park.
Sunday Sun reports that a source has seen the two together.

“At first we thought Jimmy was about to make his return to the SABC. But over the past few weeks, they’ve been hanging out. Jimmy even brings her lunch.”

Another source said Thabile was taking her time since her last relationship with EFF leader Floyd Shivambu ended badly. She was also linked to two businessmen.
“She’s taking things slow to avoid unnecessary attention from her media colleagues,” said the source.
Jimmy was engaged to Sizakele Manonga, the daughter of a Pretoria business mogul. He apparently paid R200 000 lobola to Sizakele’s family, and a celebration was held to honour the union.
Their romance did not last long, with rumours of an affair and a break-up in between. They finally called it quits on their relationship at the end of last year.
