Update: Howarth murder suspects bail judgement delivered

Three men, accused of overpowering Robert Lynn and Sue Howarth on the Marchlands farm, torturing Mr Lynn and murdering Mrs Howarth, had their bail judgement in the Dullstroom Magistrate Court today.

Nkosinathi and William Yika as well as Lucas Makua were denied bail.

Their case has been postponed for a decision by the Director of Public Prosecution’s office.

The trio will remain in custody and will appear in the Belfast Magistrate Court again in August.
