Update: Accused to call witness on satellite tracking of vehicles

Wayne Gibbs, advocate for Willem Oosthuyzen, concluded his cross examination of Delton Sithole. Sithole is the first complainant in the matter against Oosthuyzen and Theo Jackson.

Adv Gibbs started his cross examination by stating that his instruction is that everything Sithole testified to, is untrue.

Sithole insisted that the incident happened on 17 August saying that he will never forget the date, as he will never forget his birthday.

Gibbs said that an expert witness will testify that a satellite tracking system will prove that the vehicle Oosthuyzen was using, was not on the scene that day and that the incident with Victor Mlotshwa happened on 7 September 2016.

Adv. Gibbs stated to Sithole that his client will testify that he has never seen Sithole before his court appearance.
