Nagsluiper reeds vorige keer vas oor selfde klag
Een van die nagsluipers wat laasnag in Baviaanskloofstraat (Aerorand, Middelburg) vasgetrek is, is juis uit op borg vir ’n betredingklag.
Mid Alarms het laasnag omstreeks 01:30 met hul straatkamera-projek twee verdagtes opgemerk wat by ’n erf in Baviaanskloofstraat ingespring het.
Reaksielid Nick Booysen is die perseel binne, waar hy die twee verdagtes gevind het, waar hulle agter ’n boom wegkruip. Op hierdie tydstip het ’n reaksielid van Titon Sekuriteit ook daar aangekom en is die twee betreders gearresteer.
In die betreders se besit is ’n sak gevind met inbreektoerusting, waaronder skroewedraaiers, ’n mes en tange.
Mnr. André Wessels (mede-eienaar, Mid Alarms) sê dieselfde verdagtes is verlede week ook op die straatkameras opgemerk, maar hulle het weggekom voordat reaksielede hulle kon vastrek.
• Kort nadat die booswigte se foto’s op ’n Gemeenskapspolisiërings noodgroep geplaas is, het ’n inwoner laat weet dat een van dié betreders verlede jaar in sy erf gevang is.
Hy het aangedui dat die booswig tans uit is op borg en dat hy hierdie week teen hom in die hof moet getuig.
