Outraged students dump bins in the street
Chaos erupted at the Middelburg Nkangala TVET College as students seek funding from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).

About 1000 students staged a protest outside the institution this morning.
Police officers and law enforcers were called to disperse the crowd.
Students told the www.mobserver.co.za that they were told that NSFAS will not fund them this academic year.
While others said they have not received their NSFAS payments.
They later overturned dustbins in Beyers Naude Street leaving a trial of garbage.
