Die twee honde wat die marmotte by Amora Voëlpark doodgebyt het, is pas gevang en deur die Dierebeskermingsvereniging verwyder.

Me. Marietjie Britz sê daar is ’n derde hond ook in die vlei opgemerk, maar die hond het weggekom.

“Dit is duidelik dat hulle van die spruit se kant af inkom.”

• Een van die honde wat gevang is, is ouer as die ander en die vermoede bestaan dat dit die ma van die ander jonger honde is.
