Covid eis oud Middelburger

Mnr. Chris Bronkhorst (85), ’n bekende oud Middelburger, wat vir jare ook op kragstasies in die omgewing gewerk het, is op 1 Junie aan Covid-19 verwante oorsake oorlede.

Hy is in die Life Kosmos Hospitaal oorlede en is daar reeds ’n roudiens by die kapel in die Middelburg begraafplaas gehou.

Mnr. Bronkhorst word oorleef deur sy kinders Suné en Gé, skoonkinders, kleinkinders en agterkleinkinders.

•Mnr. Bronkhorst het vir jare by die Arnot Kragstasie gewerk en het die familie op Rietkuil gebly.

Later het hulle na Middelburg verhuis en het hy by ander kragstasies ook as passer en draaier by die kragstasies gewerk.

Die familie bedank graag almal wat hulle in hierdie tyd ondersteun.
