Dwelmslaaf besteel eie familie

’n Jong heroïneverslaafde is vanoggend op heterdaad betrap deur sy eie familie, nadat hy vir die soveelste keer by sy suster se huis in Albatrosstraat (Kanonkop) ingebreek het.

Die jong man, wie nie geïdentifiseer kan word nie omdat hy nog nie in die hof verskyn het nie, is deur sy pa en swaer gevang en aan Mid Alarms en Hi-SQ Security oorhandig.

Die dwelmslaaf se pa, wie anoniem wil bly, het aan www.mobserver.co.za vertel dat sy seun al vyf keer vir rehabilitasie gegaan het. Hy het homself die laaste keer by Hope Corner Halfweghuis ingeteken vir hulp.

Die 26 jarige het verlede Woensdag by sy pa ingebreek, en die dag daarna by sy suster, waar hy ’n stofsuier, ’n gasstoof en -bottel, en hul baba se klere gesteel het.

Hulle het daarna CCTV kameras laat installeer, en het vanoggend ’n kennisgewing ontvang dat iemand inbreek, waarop die pa en swaer hom betrap het.

Hy het weer babaklere probeer steel.

•Mid Alarms en Hi-SQ Security het hom aan die polisie oorhandig waar ’n saak geopen sal word.
