Spike strip gang strikes again

Another spike strip incident has occurred on the N4. A Courier Guy truck was involved in a spike stripe accident on the N4 near the Arnot off-ramp on Saturday at about 04:30.

The truck was driving from Johannesburg to Nelspruit when the truck had a flat tire.
The driver of the truck reportedly called his colleague who was driving ahead of him.
The colleague drove back to assist his colleague.


As the two men were about to replace the tire of the truck.
Three armed unknown men who were hiding in the bushes attacked the truck drivers .

The men broke the window of one of the trucks and made off with the drivers cellphone and wallet.
The men also stole items inside the trucks.
It is not clear how much the items are valued at.

The police arrived on the scene to conduct a preliminary investigation.
