Mining company warns against job scam
An old scam trend has re-surfaced, where scammers offer fake job opportunities at Masemanzi Mining Holdings to members of the public.

The fraudster requests unsuspecting job seekers to make a payment to a specific bank account in exchange for a guaranteed job interview and sign up for the job.
“We want to warn the public that the advertisement was not sent by Masemanzi Mining. Our ethics, which binds all our employees, prohibits staff members from soliciting or receiving bribes in an exchange for job opportunities,” the company said.
“Masemanzi Mining & Sfiso Thando Consulting and Engineering will never put an advertisement for any position on social media platforms.”
“We request all victims of the purportedly Masemanzi Mining job opportunities scam to report the culprits to the nearest police station or call Masemanzi Management on 013 656 2976. Your name will remain anonymous.”
