Het jy van hierdie blikkieskos in jou kas?

As jy onlangs KOO of Hugo’s geblikte boontjies gekoop het, is daar ’n groot kans dat dit deel uitmaak van die bondel produkte wat tans deur Tiger Brands herroep word.

In ’n persverklaring op KOO se webwerf verduidelik Tiger Brands dat sekere blikkieskos, wat tussen 1 Mei 2019 en 5 Mei 2021vervaardig is, herroep word weens ’n fout met sommige van die blikkies se some. Die defek kan veroorsaak dat die blikkies lek en nie meer lugdig is nie.

Volgens Tiger Brands is daar nog geen gesondheidskwessies aangemeld nie, maar word die produkte herroep omdat hulle kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid hoog op die prys stel.

Blikkieskos wat geaffekteer word is hoofsaaklik boontjie, gemengde groente en ertjie produkte.

Verbruikers kan na die vervaardigingsdatum kyk onderaan die blikkie om te sien of hulle een van die herroepte produkte het.

Blikkieskos wat deel van die herroepte bondel uitmaak, kan na jou naaste supermark of groothandelaar gevat word vir ’n terugbetaling.
