Landdros Bogi Mashele het vanoggend tydens haar verskyning gesê dat hy hom aan die borgaansoek onttrek en sal reël dat ’n ander landdros die aansoek hanteer. Hy het destyds Smith se borgaansoek hanteer.

•Smith se verhoor sou ook eersdaags begin, maar is aangeskuif aangesien die twee vroue se sake en verhoor nou saamgevoeg word.
