Lowveld in the lead – vaccine and Covid stats
Out of the three district municipalities in the province, Nkangala comes last in participation in the vaccine drive while the lowveld seems to be on the go.
According to statistics, Ehlanzeni District Municipality has done a total of 287 192 vaccinations, followed by Gert Sibande with 189 478 vaccines and Nkangala with 184 852 vaccines.
The Covid-19 vaccine stats is as follows:
Mpumalanga has done a total of 661 522 vaccines with 519 382 first dose administrations and only 142 140 second dose administrations.
