Healthcare workers at the centre ensured that necessary safety protocols were adhered to.

Columbus Stainless, Thos Begbie and Samancor Ferrochrome workers came out in great numbers to get their vaccine shots at Carrols Cafe.

Workers braved the hot weather to stand in line for their life-saving jabs on Thursday during the Department of Health’s COVID-19 Workplace Vaccination Outreach.

Healthcare workers at the centre ensured that necessary safety protocols were adhered to.

Those who did not register online were assisted with their registration on-site. Last week, the Department of Health’s Electronic Vaccination Data System (EVDS) opened registrations for 18- to 35-year-olds allowing all the workers to get their jabs.
