Mini bus taxi carrying school learners involved in accident

A collision between a Hyundai i20 and a mini bus taxi occurred on Verdoorn Street near the Eastdene Centre.

The accident happened at about 14:00.

The KMP Tennis Academy mini taxi was carrying school learners. No injuries were reported. ER24 responded to the scene and a paramedic was directing traffic because the police and traffic officials were not on the scene.

Residents are urged to avoid using the road due to traffic delays.
