EFF rally at Steve Tshwete Civic Centre

Access to the civic centre was partially blocked off by a march lead by the EFF.

The Traffic Department was present at the scene to redirect traffic on Wanderers Street from the licensing department to Walter Sisulu’s intersection. The SAPS also monitored the march. Www.mobserver.co.za attended the scene, where busloads of people were peacefully picketing outside the Steve Tshwete Municipality.

By 15:30 most of the crowds had dispersed.
