Illegal foreign national medical practitioner released on bail
The Hawks Serious Commercial Crime Investigation team took over an investigation into the case of Anthony Emenenu (38).
He was arrested by members of Middelburg Vispol Policing on 4 December 2021 for contravening Act 101 of 1965, illegal selling of medicine, schedule 5. 
He appeared before the Middelburg Magistrate Court yesterday and was released on R1000 bail.
The case was postponed to 17 January 2022, for further investigation.
