Prostitute engages in public sex acts

Motorists were shocked on Saturday to find a prostitute having sex with not one but two men, in the scope of minutes, right next to the road.

The disgraceful incident happened around 10:00 in a busy Cowen Ntuli Street, close to the railway bridge by the Midway Inn.

It is believed that the two Johns were part of a group of road contractors working underneath the bridge, at the time, two videos of the deplorable acts were shot by a bystander.

The prostitute is most probably one several other working girls offering their services to truck drivers normally stationed next to the road between the former J&J Auctioneers and Towers Motel, where many of the prostitutes also reside.

Some reside in nearby Hlalamnandi.

In the videos, the prostitute can be seen having sex with one man before she’s approached by another John seconds later.
She takes money from the client and then bends over in full view of the public.

After completing the first act, she lifts her dress to her chest, displaying her nude body to the next client.
The three-minute videos show both acts in graphic detail and are not suitable for publishing.

According to eyewitnesses who were unfortunate enough to witness the public indecency, neither of the men wore condoms.

Municipal spokeswoman Ms Prudence Magutle expressed her shock over the incident, saying, “Steve Tshwete Local Municipality is leading the province in HIV prevalence and infection, it’s simply mind-blowing that residents can be so irresponsible.”

The municipality regularly collaborates in a number of HIV prevention campaigns, with the focus on sex workers and their health.

“Incidents like these put us back a number of steps in our efforts to combat the spread of HIV.”

According to the local police, the incident was not reported.
SAPS did not respond to further requests for information on how they deal with public solicitation and indecency.
