One person was killed in a collision on the R555 (Stoffberg road).

The accident took place between the weighbridge and the K-9 Unit at roughly 23:00 after a Volkswagen Polo and a Mercedes minibus towing a trailer struck each other.

The driver of the Volkswagen Polo was killed in the collision.
