Still no word on missing four-year-old

There is still no word on the whereabouts of missing Mpendulo Ngcukani (4), despite an intensified search by police and residents.

The toddler was last seen on Saturday playing near his mother’s house in Extension 24.

The children who were playing with him said Mpendulo climbed inside a white vehicle.
Mpendulo’s father, Albert Tivane, said he doesn’t know who the car belongs to.

Albert Tivane is desperately looking for his son who disappeared on July 30.

On Wednesday and Thursday, the SAPS Diving Unit joined the search.

The community only parted ways at 03:00 this morning, and resumed searching again at 09:00.

An emotional Mr Tivane says residents searched for his son in Extension 24, Nasaret, Rockdale and the river banks near Tweefontein on the Hendrina road. He has not been to work since Monday, and can barely eat or sleep.

Anyone with any information is urgently requested to contact Mr Tivane on 079 374 4039, or SAPS on 013 249 1600.
